AB8199 Embbeded Digital Video Recorder

AB8199 Series Embedded Digital Recorder has integrated with powerful capabilities including multi-camera display, video motion detection, image compression encoding/decoding, digital recording/playback, video materials management, file backup/recovery, pan/tilt and lens control, high speed dome-camera control, video service, audio service, etc. By adopting built-in high-speed microprocessor and embedded operating system, the product is provided with extra high reliability and is one of the highly integrated digital security device in the networked surveillance system.

Adopting advanced H.264 variable bit rate image compression, AB8199 Series DVR provides 1-16 multiple-camera display in real time, synchronized audio/video recording/playback and network video service, recording and transmission via network in QCIF/CIF/4CIF high-resolution image format, video loss alarm, video motion detection, external alarm, manual/timer/dynamic /alarm recording, and the external alarm has pre-recording capability.

AB8199 provides OSD menu setup and operation, Chinese and English graphic menu operation. Information including data/time, camera title and working status can be displayed on the screen. Transparent or nontransparent LOGO technology as well as the record file encryption may effectively protect the files being montage and edited.

With Web Server capability, AB8198/AB8199 is able to display the images of 16-channel DVR via Ethernet browser, remotely play back or download the files on DVR, set and control the parameters, etc. The specially designed client software is used to view and control the images from the networked 1024 cameras, and the client program has the capability to simultaneously display 16 channels of remote images. AB8199 provides the Ethernet-based SDK development package, and it supports the network integrated control capability, realizing the video transmission and surveillance via telephone line, or the remote control and operation via LAN and Internet.

Through RS-232/RS-485 connection,AB8199 is capable of controlling Pelco-P/Pelco-D receiver and speed dome, with its MAC address changeable subject to different requirements. 16 external alarm inputs of the device may activate the alarm response recording, and it supports 8 alarm relay outputs.
